SSB Shop Policy on Returns and Refunds

What are the conditions for returning or exchanging an item?

      • Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the original tag and packaging. A receipt is required only for in-store returns (in person or online).
      Boxes for shoes or boots must be in a bag. A fee may be charged, or the return may be refused, if the customer has damaged the product’s original packaging.
      The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable: creams, lip balms.
      Items purchased as a final sale (40% discount and more) are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
      Delivery charges and surcharges paid for oversized items are not refundable.

    Returns and exchanges must be done within 15 days following the date the store reopen (during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic) and within 30 days following the date of purchase (in regular times).

    What is the policy for return or exchange by mail?

    Articles purchased online can also be easily returned to us by mail within 30 days after the date of purchase. Thanks to the pre-printed return label attached to the packing slip found inside your parcel, you will not have to pay anything at the post office. To cover the cost of the return, we will deduct an amount of $10 plus taxes from your refund, as well as an additional fee for items that are oversized or shipped from a remote location.

    How to return an item by mail

        1. Repack your parcel. Return the item that you are not satisfied with to its original packaging, box or shipping bag, and then seal it securely.
        2. Stick the return label to the parcel. Stick the return label attached to the packing slip directly over the original shipping label.
        3. Mail the parcel. Drop the parcel off at your nearest Canada Post location.
        4. Collect your refund. You will receive a refund within seven business days after we receive the package at our store.

    Responsibilities

    It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the return procedure as well as the deadlines indicated. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is properly and securely packaged for return shipment.

    The returned item must be in new condition, in its packaging and with its original tags.

    The returned item must be in the bag or box in which it was delivered. If the bag or box is damaged, the product must be wrapped in paper or a shipping bag to protect it.

    A fee may be charged, or the return may be refused, if the customer has damaged the product’s original packaging.

    Final sale items, or items reduced by 40% or more, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
